We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Personnel and Compensation Manager to join our dynamic Corporate HR team.

This pivotal role is designed for a forward-thinking HR professional who thrives on leveraging data-driven insights to make impactful compensation and benefits decisions.

The successful candidate will oversee critical HR functions, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with all regulatory and organizational standards.


Key Responsibilities:


Strategic HR Initiatives

Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
Use data-driven insights to influence decision-making and optimize HR practices.

Contracts Management

Manage employment contracts across all levels of the organization.
Ensure contract terms comply with legal and organizational requirements.

Payroll Administration and Management

Oversee the payroll process to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Partner with Finance to resolve payroll-related discrepancies and inquiries.

Compensation and Benefits (C&B) Management

Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Conduct benchmarking to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.

HRIS Management

Administer and optimize the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Ensure accurate record-keeping and data integrity within the system.

Data-Driven Insights and Reporting

Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Prepare regular reports for leadership on workforce analytics, payroll, and compensation trends.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of HR management experience, with a focus on compensation, payroll, and HRIS.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in HRIS systems i.e. iChris, payroll software, and data analytics tools.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of labor laws, tax regulations, and IRC compliance requirements.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information effectively.
