As General Manager of Pacific Towing, he oversees a complex portfolio including harbour towage, salvage, commercial diving, and life raft servicing, leading a multicultural team of maritime professionals with a focus on operational excellence and cost-efficiency.
Throughout his career, Mr Kasnari has been instrumental in driving safety reform and regulatory compliance, utilising his deep technical knowledge of IMO regulations and marine legislation to enhance safety cultures in both domestic and international environments. A specialist in port and ship management - ranging from bulk cargo shipping to blue water chartering - he is recognised for his ability to navigate complex logistical challenges while maintaining the highest international standards of maritime performance.
