Alan Heyns
Chief Executive Officer - Steamships Property Division
Alan Heyns assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Steamships Property Division, Pacific Palms Property (PPP) on 24 September 2025. Most recently, Alan served as General Manager, Property Development of PPP where he led the property development lifecycle from concept development through to project delivery. Alan brings more than two decades of diverse experience across the property, construction and oil and gas sectors and a strong record of successfully leading complex projects, enhancing operational performance, and advancing stakeholder engagement in different environments.
His earlier career spans senior roles across PNG, South Africa and Angola where he gained expertise in project management, quantity surveying, commercial management and large scale property delivery. His experience across industries from marine and offshore services to construction and commercial real estate, equips him with a unique perspective to steer Steamships Property Division into its next chapter of growth.
