Chris Hansor is an independent non-executive director with over 30 years’ experience in financial oversight, governance and risk management. He serves as a non-executive director of Finance Corporation Limited (FinCorp), where he is Chair of the Audit Committee, and of Trinity Anglican School Limited, where he is Chair of the Finance Committee. Chris is a former partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he advised a diverse portfolio of clients across Australia and internationally, including in Sydney, Perth, London and Port Moresby. He spent eight years based in Papua New Guinea, where he held senior leadership roles across the firm, including leading its Assurance practice. Chris holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ), Registered Company Auditor (Australia), and member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was previously a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA PNG) and held registration as a company auditor in Papua New Guinea.
