Neil Papenfus
General Manager - Pacific Towing
Neil Papenfus was appointed General Manager of Pacific Towing in 2014. Prior roles include manager of Joint Venture Stevedoring from 2011 and Port Services Ltd. from 2007. He has work experience in Hong Kong, Malaysia, New Zealand and South Africa. Neil holds a Bachelor Degree in Arts from Rhodes University and is a Director of the Madang Maritime College and the PNG Business Coalition for Women.
